Mornae

This week we decided to present to you the infamous Mornae, a creature that either exists in Greek mythology or not. You may guess.

This creature is a snake-like being that is about ten meters long and lives in the ocean and is an extreme danger to every person trying to cross the sea. The Mornae is very aggressive and tries to kill everything and everyone that it can sense. It has eyes that are so good, even at night, it has perfect vision, even underwater. One can tell he accesses an area where the Mornae lives because there are no animals alive and no fish or other animals swim in the sea anymore. Most of the time though, it’s already too late at this point and only seconds after the sailor noticed his situation he will be eaten by the Mornae with one single massive bite. Due to the extreme force of the Mornae’s body, even while you are swallowed, everything in the snake gets smashed completely and there is nothing that can stop it, not even metal constructions are save from this enormous power.

Also, according to many books, the Mornae can not be killed by any means. No one knows for sure, but it’s said this monster was created by a god that wanted a famous sailor dead and to do that he created the Mornae that did what he wanted and lived in the oceans ever since.

Now it’s your turn! Does the Mornae belong to the creatures of Greek mythology, or not?

Solution:
No, the Mornae does not belong to the Greek mythology. It’s completely made up.
