Eurynomos

Today on "creatures of HELLas" I will describe to you a demon called Eurynomos. After reading the article you can guess if Eurynomos is a creature from the Greek mythology or if it doesn't even exist and I made the figure up.

Eurynomos is known as one of the demons of Hades from the underworld."God of Death" is another name he is known by. He is feared by many people because he eats the corpses of dead people until there are only their bones left. The remaining bones then turn into a skeleton warrior. The warrior fights and serves as a guard for Hades. That is how Hades builds his personal army to protect himself and the palace he lives in.
The bloodthirsty monster has extremely sharp teeth which makes it easier for him to bite into the human flesh. He is constantly dripping saliva because his mouth is so big.
However, not only his mouth looks scary.His skin colour is pitch black and reminds of the skin of a fly. As a cloack he wears feathers which he spreads to look more frightening and which makes him look like a huge terrifying vulture. Apart from his horrendous look Eurynomos also smells of dead corpses and rotten meat.

Another power of Eurynomos is that he can turn invisible. That is why he gets sent by Hades to spy on people. That is also why it is hard to fight him or catch him in the act of eating dead corpses.

So finally, what do you think? Is this terrible death- seeking creature a real figure from the Greek mythology? or is the story of Eurynomos completely made up by me.
