A big fear of many people is getting a cold, but have you ever wondered where this fear comes from? The answer is “Thonos” is the reason, this weeks creature of HELLas. I am going to describe Thovos now a bit and then you can guess in the end, weather he is a creature of HELLas or not? So are you ready for this challenge, here we go:

Although a cold is nothing lethal many people are still afraid of getting. It doesn`t matter that doctors already found out that a cold usually only lasts for a few days and that it doesn`t have any lasting harms. I think the anxiety is that consistent in everybodys minds because there actually is a creature behind the disease and this is Thonos. The story of Thonos has been shared over years and I am pretty sure that your grandparents also told you once. In the story Thonos is described as an green, slimy monster who lives in the shadow. He manly attacks you in situations where you are unfocused and improvident for instance, when the first sun of the spring entices you to go outside without a jacket. Without any inhibitions he takes advantage out of it an attacks you. This attack happens invisible and soundless, which makes it really hard to defend. And after he managed once to get into your body, changes are low that your immune system is strong enough to fight him. This means you are bamboozled again! Usually you can recognize his invasion a few days later by a snotty nose and pain in your throat. But then it is already too late, you can`t get rid of him anymore. Of course a cold can be really annoying and I know that sometimes the timing can be pretty bad, but don`t worry too much as I already said most colds are gone after a few days. Still, I have a little tip for you how you can protect yourself from Thonos just be a bit more careful during the season changes and never forget to wash your hands!
