Frappé

I am very sorry, but today the chiosradio.gr kitchen stays closed. Everybody will understand me if you just risk a view through out the window- that means I am expecting you all to lay on the beach to enjoy the sun at a smiling- competition against and with the sun. Wherever you are, you will see these people with these plastic cups in their hand, the drinking strawls in their mouths and you might ask yourself: "What are these people drinking?

This darkened drink is a Greek fashion drink. The people who are drinking it are the fashion icons of whole Greece. If you ask some of them about the content of their cup, they will experience a transformation into poets to describe with many delicious and delightful
adjectives their magic potion... to make it short for you, it's grand name is "Frappé".
If you want to climb the ladder to become a fashion icon, too, here I have the recipe, kept secretly for many days, now it's time to publish, sorry granny..:

Take one of your most beautiful cups,
add softly this one and only Frappé- powder , let it rain like it just could rain in summer with a little, just a little bit of water. If you need some sugar, let also the sugar softly rain into your beautiful cup. Now, take a small mixer to create a brown smoothy cream on the bottom of your cup. The last step you have to do is to fill your cup with water or milk (or even both combined), but stop!
Do not drink, I know as well, that smell, that color is attractive, almost teasingly.. you need ice cubes and a colorful strawl.
If you want or need the ultimate thrill, you are free to add a dash of amaretto or baileys.

 ..and now, you can drink it!
