Keftedes

I am very proud to present you an amazing recipe. This recipe for “Keftedes” is for all people how are in love with wonderful meatballs and who will fall in love with these meatballs after cooking them.

 

Ingredients:

3 slices white bread with crust
1 cup milk
1 kg ground beef
1 minced onion
4 minced garlic cloves
1/3 cup with chopped oregano
2 chopped tablespoons of mint
2 teaspoons of white wine vinegar
2 eggs that are beaten
1/4 teaspoons of grated nutmeg
1/2 cup of olive oil
Flour, used for dusting

After collecting all these ingredients you can start as fast as possible. At first you have to put the white bread in the milk and after it you press the liquid carefully out of the bread. Then you add all the ingredients into a bowl. The ground beef mixed with mint, the vinegar, eggs, nutmed and onions. Add as much salt and pepper as you like. Mix it all until it is a sticky mass. Then you take a large spoon and a part of the mass. Why? Because you want to create the best meat balls all over the world and you can form it now on your own.
Then put the olive oil in a pan. Dust the wonderful meat balls in flour and put them in the pan until they have got your favorite gold-brown tan. You can serve the meat balls with the typical Greek salad Horiatiki.
