... everyone owned a Jet Pack?

The Jet Pack or rocket pack is a propulsory engine that releases gasses into the air to fly; it has been invented to be put on the back of a person, so as to fly like an helicopter but with more easiness.
What if everyone of us would have a jetpack, this is a dilemma I asked myself since the first time I played Gta San Andreas.

With a Jet Pack you could fly from home to the city, or to your friend’s house to take a coffe.
The life would be facilitate in many different ways, let’s think for example if you need to go to the hospital you will not have to wait hours in the traffic of the town;
Accidents will be reduced to zero putting a sonar sensor on the jetpack able to feel other Jet Pack nearby, We could also avoid to drive with a smart Jet Pack equipped with air flow control-system, gps sensor, booster, emergency device to alert the state authorities in case of emergency.
Would be also increased the mobility and transportation, for example if you want to reach the top of a mountain or explore the mountain range or study the geology of a particular place you could just fly over it with the Jet Pack, or reach a small island devoid of people and public transport.
